Welcome to Docs20


This app lets you store and manage documents in an easy manner.

Here are some of the features:

  • You can create multiple Cabinets for you documents to organize them.
  • You can upload documents to your Cabinets and organize the documents with tags.
  • You will get an email address to send documents directly to your Cabinets - the email address is in the style of [cabinet_name]@[company_name].docs20.com and is unique for each Cabinet.
  • You can invite other users to you account and individually give them access to the Cabinets you want them to have access to. For example you can invite your accountant to a Cabinet with all your expense documents.
  • You can create and manage your own document tags to be used to categorize your documents.
  • You can create and manage extra fields for each Cabinet, so that you can store additional information for each document. Use this to keep track of document numbers, payment status, amounts, posting status etc.
  • Docs20 is created multi-language and you can use it in your preferred language (English, French, Spanish and Catalan for now - let us know if you want other languages).
  • We will store your documents in a secure manner, for as long as you need it and your documents will not be shared with anyone else than the users you invite to your account.
  • You can set fine grained access rights for each user and for each Cabinet.

Getting Started

If you need a new user for an existing account, already registered on Docs20, please ask your administrator to invite you to that docs20 account.
