About Us
Hello, we are Rapid Solucions S.L. - a family owned software as service company based in Andorra. We are originally from Denmark but we have been living in the southern part of France for over a decade and then now also over a decade in Andorra. Our main activity is to develop and provide a cloud-based data integration service for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. We are very keen on sustainability and do as much as we can to reduce our carbon footprint. We use a hosting provider that is 100% powered by renewable energy and we participate in various projects through Rotary International to reduce poverty and improve the environment - for example by planting trees.
For some time we have been quite frustrated about the amount of paper that is still being used in businesses and privately - if you need to preserve some documents for a long time (like 5 or more years), it is very difficult to find a service that lets you do this in an easy way for all your documents. Your bank, your utility company, your insurance company, each provide their own ways to store your documents and it is very difficult to keep track of them all - specially if you change supplier or bank. Many accountants also still require you to provide them with paper documents or they will print the documents you send them ! To keep track of what is paid and what is booked in the accounting system, they mostly default back to paper !
Last year we decided to create a new service called Docs20. Docs20 is a cloud-based document management system that is designed to help businesses and private to reduce their paper consumption and to make it easier to manage and share documents. We are very excited about this new service and we are looking forward to helping businesses to reduce their paper consumption and to become more efficient in managing their documents.

Our vision with Docs20 is to help businesses and private to get rid of all papers and still be able to find the documents they need when they need them. We want to help businesses to reduce their carbon footprint and to become more efficient in managing their documents.
